Eight months ago, Jakub and Mohan shipped an MVP for what would become Lette AI.

Today we're live with ~6,000 apartments across the UK and Ireland, with another 8,000+ being onboarded. We've processed over half a million enquiries and helped property teams get back 100+ hours per week. Time they're now spending with actual residents instead of drowning in admin.

We hit six figures within 30 days of launch. Today, we're having thanks to our team, including Head of Growth Jon Hammond, we're having conversations we didn't expect to have until late next year. We're eight people now, fully remote, shipping almost daily. We closed multi-million funding from people who actually get what we're building.

The part that still doesn't feel real: we pulled our UK expansion forward by months because customers kept asking. And the logos going live in January? Some of you are going to recognise them immediately. 🤫

Honestly, none of this happens without the early believers. The customers who took a chance on v1, the advisors who picked up the phone, the team that just executes without drama.

The momentum right now is different. We're moving faster than we planned, and honestly, faster than we probably should. But when people keep pulling you forward, you lean in.
