Lette AI raises $1.4mn in pre-seed funding

The round was led by Pitchdrive, with support from Baseline Venture, Lugus Capital, and angel investors including Mark Ransford and Conor Sheridan of Nory AI.

Funds will be used to expand the team, solidify its presence in Ireland, and drive growth into the UK and UAE.


Founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek Lette AI streamlines the entire property leasing process, reducing administrative work by up to 90% and handling tenant onboarding and requests instantly.


Already embedded in thousands of apartments, it serves Ireland’s leading property managers, including Grayling Properties, Storyhouse by Ardstone, Hali, Liberties House, Rathmines House, and Lugus Capital. Lette AI plans to onboard 25,000 properties and reach $1.1M ARR by March 2026.


Lette AI has named Jon Hammond as Head of Growth. With over 20 years of experience scaling SaaS and proptech companies, including his role at Zero Deposit, Hammond brings expertise in improving tenant and landlord experiences.


Lette AI’s next growth phase will expand its product engineering team and enhance its AI, including deploying autonomous agents across leasing, operations, and resident engagement.
